TICKET PRICE:

$1,250 per person*. No hotel accommodations included.

$2,100 per person** for Single Occupancy Room.

$1,875 per person** for Double Occupancy Room  ($3750 total -  both participants must register together).

** Three nights of accommodations at the Virgin Hotel and select meals are included in your ticket price. Flights are not included.

$2,800 per person** for Single Occupancy Room.

$2,500 per person** for Double Occupancy Room ($5000 total -  both participants must register together).

PAYMENT TERMS:

25% deposit is due upon registration. 

The remaining balance may be split into multiple payments. Instructions on how to make additional payments will be provided on the confirmation page after purchase. Be sure to save the link provided in your confirmation email to continue making payments. 

Tickets must be fully paid by September 21, 2025, and any remaining balance will be charged automatically to the card on file on that date. 

All payment terms are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit toward the ticket price. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after September 21st will be charged in full. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 

This package does not include any extracurricular activities or airfare.
